Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

Providing economic security for your family if you pass away, become disabled, or experience an injury or illness is a major consideration in personal financial planning. Eligible employees receive $30,000 of Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage at no cost. The benefit will reduce by 35% at age 65 and by 50% at age 70.

Voluntary Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

Voluntary Life and AD&D offer additional coverage for yourself, and/or for your spouse and children. Employees may buy coverage in $10,000 increments up to $300,000. The benefit will reduce by 35% at age 65 and by 50% at age 70. Spousal coverage is available in $5,000 increments up to $150,000. Child coverage is available up to $15,000. 

Coverage is guaranteed issue up to certain limits, meaning no health questions are required. For coverage above guarantee issue limits, Evidence of Insurability forms must be completed.
